Hey there, ever felt that buzz when you strum your first chord or hit that perfect note? I sure did. As a kid, my guitar was like an extension of me. But life, school, and chores made it hard to jam out all day, every day. That didn't stop me, though. It only fired me up more to get good, really good.

Fast forward to 2005, I kicked off guitar lessons in a cozy corner of Watson, Canberra. No flashy studio, just a space filled with the smell of guitar strings and sound of music. Sure, it was tough with limited funds and no stable job, but what I had was a treasure chest full of tunes, skills, and a killer teaching method I called 'Fretvision’, an innovative approach to visualising the vast maze of the guitar fretboard, providing a navigational system that ensures one never feels lost amidst the notes.

That teaching style clicked with my students big time. Before I knew it, word got out, and Fretvision started to grow. And it didn't stop at guitars; people wanted in on pianos, drums, vocals, and even electronic music production. We added more awesome teachers to the team, and our student family kept getting bigger.

Today, we're the biggest and best-rated music school in Canberra, all thanks to the folks who trusted us to fuel their musical fire. But we're not just about size and ratings. We're about a community of music lovers, young and old, jamming, learning, and having a blast.
