How lessons are run…
LESSON STRUCTURE
Learners will develop a diverse playlist, consisting of their favorite songs as well as universally recognized classics. Alongside this, students will hone their guitar techniques and gain proficiency in reading musical notation.
To make the educational experience engaging, we blend skill-building games and entertaining activities into our lessons. These not only make learning enjoyable but also reinforce essential skills and foundational knowledge. Our approach is straightforward: we provide clear guidance, establish attainable practice objectives, and employ a point-based system to reward young students' commitment and achievements in each session.
TUITION BOOKS
With 18 years of educational experience and extensive research, we've designed a unique guitar curriculum that leverages proven learning techniques.
All essential guitar textbooks can be conveniently bought at our front desk. On their first session, students should grab their take-home book, which they're encouraged to bring to each subsequent lesson for continuous learning.
Our tailored guitar curriculum is meticulously crafted to instil the basics while focusing on the development of robust technique. The best part? We make the learning journey both fun and exhilarating for our students.
HOME PRACTICE
Learners receive a practice journal designed to chronicle their practice sessions, serving as an invaluable tool for parental involvement and a motivational boost for youngsters, eliminating the need for constant prodding to practice.
Though practice isn't strictly mandatory, it comes highly recommended for students who aim to progress swiftly and extract the utmost value from their lessons.
